2. Used Items: Items that have been used or opened, including Kudam Welcome Sets or any similar used products, will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

 

3. Customer Mishandling: Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

 

 

4. Defective Products: Only defective products will be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product if you encounter any issues with it.

 

 

5. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of a return or refund.

 

 

6. Refund Process: Refunds will be transferred only to the bank account provided by the customer, along with a copy of the national identity card. Please ensure the details are accurate for a smooth process.

 

 

7. Processing Time: Returns and refunds will be processed within 3 working days from the receipt of the returned product.

 

 

8. Backorder Items: Items that are on backorder or out of stock will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

 

9. Bill and Warranty Card: A valid bill and warranty card must be presented to process any returns or refunds. Without these, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
